Chargeback Fraud Notice

Clip Shortage Guarantee

If you purchased a package based on a longer video duration but the submitted clips result in a shorter final product, you may request the remaining footage within 60 days of delivery.

If plugins, presets, or software included do not function correctly on your system, this does not qualify for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure system compatibility. However, you are welcome to contact our support team, and we will gladly assist you.
