Hi im Lynsey , here is a little bit about me .

I never set out to start a business. I am a mother to four incredible, neurodiverse children and Nan to one beautiful Grandaughter who have shaped every part of my journey. It was through my love for them that everything began.

I started exploring alternative therapies in the hope of easing their struggles and bringing some calm into all of our lives. That’s when I found Reiki and Access Bars. I trained in both so I could offer these beautiful therapies at home, and the results were life-changing. I saw my children soften, settle, and shine in ways I hadn’t seen before. And I began to feel more grounded, empowered, and supported as a mother.

That shift lit something inside of me. I knew I couldn’t keep this healing just for my family and I had to share it.

So I followed my souls calling.

Since then, I’ve gone on to complete a Spiritual Life Coaching Diploma, Biofield Clearing, Meditation Teacher Training, Soul Plan Reading, and Soul Transformation Therapy. I’m also an Angelic Reiki Master, and my spiritual path continues to evolve and deepen every day.

What drives me is simple: I love to pass on knowledge and empower others. I believe that healing, peace, and spiritual connection aren’t luxuries they’re our birthright.

Today, I offer a blend of spiritual support, holistic therapies, and soulful teachings through 1:1 sessions, women’s circles, meditation classes, and online courses. I also offer therapies like Access Bars, Angelic Reiki, Fire Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, and so much more. I also love giving Angel Card Guidance and offering Tarot readings, both for myself and for others. Everything i offer has played a massive part in mine and my families journey! so everything I do through White Tara Holistics comes from a place of lived experience and a heartfelt desire to help you return to your light, trust your path, and feel fully supported.
