By placing an order with Wholesale Transfer Plug, you agree to the following terms.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ship within 24–48 business hours.

Wholesale Orders (50+ pieces)

Ship within 7–12 business days after full payment is received.

Custom Upload Orders

Begin processing the following week and ship within 7–12 business days once production begins.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders containing multiple order types will ship together based on the longest processing timeline.

Artwork Ownership & Authorization

By uploading, submitting, or requesting the reproduction of any artwork, logo, image, or design, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the artwork, or
• You have obtained proper authorization from the copyright or trademark holder.

You accept full responsibility for all submitted content.

We do not print copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material without verified permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cartoon or animated characters
• Movie or television characters
• Celebrity images
• Brand logos
• Designer-inspired graphics
• Trademarked phrases or slogans

Orders containing unauthorized content may be refused, canceled, or placed on hold.

We reserve the right to decline any design submission at our discretion.

Orders canceled due to unauthorized content are non-refundable.

Rush Orders

Rush processing is available for a $20 fee and prioritizes production time only.

Expedited shipping must be selected separately if faster delivery is required.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
