My name is Lydia. I've been around real estate my entire life. I inherited my entrepreneurial spirit from my mother, who started her own real estate brokerage when I was in 6th grade and by the time I was a senior in high school she insisted that I get my real estate license. I worked in her office the summer before college and got my first experience working in real estate. After working several years in Corporate America I quit my job, cashed in my 401k, left my hometown of Ann Arbor MI and moved to Dallas TX. I had limited funds and a dream of starting my own business so I jumped into real estate head first. I started wholesaling full time in 2013 and started flipping homes in 2017.
