Hi, I’m a 34-year-old small-town Missouri mama of three, living life a little slower these days on our hobby farm with my husband and kids. After spending years being the strong one for everyone else, I’ve stepped into a softer, more intentional way of living—one rooted in peace, healing, and authenticity.

My heart is in helping others. I’m a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) professional with Missouri credentials including Associate Alcohol Drug Counselor, Recovery and Public Safety Specialist, Family Support Provider, Youth Peer Support, and Certified Peer Specialist. My work is grounded in real-life experience, compassion, and the belief that recovery and growth look different for everyone.

This space reflects who I am—someone who values simplicity, resilience, and genuine connection. Whether I’m working in my field, raising my babies, or tending to life on the farm, I’m passionate about creating a life that feels as good as it looks.
