Wilson A.K. Abrokwah is a seasoned customer experience professional with over 10 years of success leading high-performance retail and telecom operations across Ghana. Known for his hands-on leadership and innovation, Wilson has shaped customer journeys at some of Ghana’s top retail hubs — including managing flagship stores like Telecel Ghana’s Cantonments, Osu, Madina, Marina Mall, Accra Mall locations and a host of Telecel community shops in Accra.

He holds an MSc in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, combining deep technical knowledge with practical business insight. His expertise spans customer service transformation, team training, digital strategy, ioT and A.I.-driven service delivery.

Wilson is also the founder of Wilson’s Group, a growing parent company housing ventures in e-commerce (Wilson’s Shoes), real estate, Transportation, and agriculture.
