About Me

I created the Adult ADHD Executive Function & Self-Regulation Program to offer a more compassionate and practical approach.

This comprehensive 10-module program combines ADHD-informed psychoeducation, guided self-reflection, practical strategies, and interactive worksheets to help adults better understand their unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and functioning.

The program explores executive functioning, planning and organization, time awareness, motivation, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, communication, relationships, self-care, resilience, and sustainable routines. Participants are encouraged to identify their personal strengths and challenges while developing tools they can apply in everyday situations.

My goal is to help adults move beyond simply understanding ADHD to developing practical skills for living with it. Rather than expecting individuals to fit into systems that may not work for them, the program emphasizes creating personalized strategies that support their needs, strengths, and lifestyles.

Designed for independent, self-paced learning or as a companion to counselling, the program offers opportunities to reflect, practise new skills, and build a personalized ADHD toolkit.

I believe that meaningful progress begins with understanding, grows through self-compassion, and becomes sustainable when we develop strategies that work with our brains rather than against them.
