Once your booking has been received, I’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time (1-hour time slot) and preferred delivery method.
Please make sure you are available at the agreed appointment time. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will wait up to 30 minutes after your scheduled start time before the appointment is treated as a missed appointment.

Your reading will be personalised to you, with time taken to connect with your question and provide guidance and reflection.

After your purchase has been completed, I’ll be in touch to arrange your reading. We’ll discuss how you’d like to receive it, and you can choose either a text reading or a video reading, sent directly to you via your preferred contact method.

Your reading is personally created during your scheduled appointment. It will be sent to you within one hour of your appointment time using your chosen format and contact method.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you like—this is your reading, and I’m here to help you get the clarity you’re looking for.
At the beginning of your appointment, I’ll ask a few questions to understand if there’s anything specific you’d like the reading to focus on. For example, you may want guidance on the outcome of a recent job interview, insight into your current relationship, or advice if things don’t feel easy and you’re unsure what to do.
Throughout the reading, I’ll also ask questions where needed to make sure I fully understand your situation and to provide the clearest, most accurate guidance possible.

Absolutely! You can request extra cards to be pulled during your reading; however, this is limited to 1–3 additional cards. This helps maintain the clarity and focus of your reading. If I feel that further cards would provide valuable insight, I will let you know and discuss this with you.

I will wait up to 30 minutes after your scheduled start time. If you have not attended or contacted me within this time, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and the reading will not go ahead.
Missed appointments are non-refundable in accordance with my Refund Policy.
If you contact me to let me know you are running late, I will always do my best to accommodate you where possible, although your reading may need to be shortened to keep to the original appointment time.
