Before Your Reading

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

• If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or are unavailable at the agreed time without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and no refund will be issued.

Once Your Reading Has Started

• Once I have begun preparing your reading, refunds are no longer available, as this is a personalised service created specifically for you.
• By booking your reading, you acknowledge that work may begin before your scheduled delivery time.

Completed Readings

• Due to the personal and intuitive nature of tarot readings, refunds cannot be given once your reading has been completed and sent.
• Tarot readings are provided for guidance and insight and should not be considered guaranteed predictions or professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
