What you are buying

These products are English-language PDF guides for your own use. Each listing explains what is included. A bundle is a one-time purchase of the guides named in that listing, with no subscription or promise of future products. No physical book is sent.

Getting and using your guides

Payhip provides access after checkout and sends an email receipt with an access link. For a bundle, follow the account instructions to open the included guides. Save a copy of each PDF to your device. Use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms to type into the worksheets, or print them and write by hand. Browser and phone previews may not support every form field.

If a download fails, check your receipt and spam folder, then contact info@ownmentor.com with your order details. Please do not send payment-card details. We can help with access problems and exhausted download limits.

Please do not share, upload, resell or distribute the files, or use them as materials for a paid course or group. Contact us about permission for team or training use. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable sales tax handled by Payhip is included in the displayed product price. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges. OwnMentor Ltd is not currently VAT registered; Payhip handles applicable platform sales taxes separately.

Cancellation and refunds

UK and EU consumers normally have 14 days after purchase to cancel a digital-content contract. At checkout we ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the change-of-mind cancellation right is lost once supply begins. That exception applies only where the required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been provided. Any cancellation rights that still apply are unaffected.

If a file is faulty, unavailable or does not match its description, please contact us. We will help put the problem right, including a repair, replacement or refund where you are entitled to one. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

To exercise an applicable cancellation right, email info@ownmentor.com or use the store Contact page. State that you wish to cancel, and include your name, purchase email, order number or product, and purchase date. A message such as "I wish to cancel my purchase of [product], ordered on [date], order [number]" is sufficient. We will confirm the request by email. Any refund due will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
