I'm J.A. Johnson and it is my goal to write books that you will love to read. I write in a number of genres including Aquatic Horror (Think Jaws, Leviathan, the Meg, and the Abyss), Fantasy in American settings (Think Lord of the Rings set in the Wild West and still others set in Carolinas of the 1700s), an exotic adventure set in the 1920s and '30s (Think Indiana Jones, vintage pulps).

I live and work in South Carolina with my wife, our son, and our Golden Retriever.
