Worthan Creations offers a variety of products including but not limited to:

• Custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
• Drinkware (tumblers, mugs, glass cups)
• Stickers, magnets, and decals
• Personalized gifts and promotional items
• Digital downloads (templates, designs, mockups, etc.)
• Business branding and design assets

Products may be physical, digital, or made-to-order custom items.

3. Custom Orders Policy

Because many Worthan Creations products are custom made, the following applies:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, dates, colors, and customization details are correct at the time of order.
• Mockups or previews (if provided) must be approved before production begins.
• Once production starts, changes cannot be made.

We are NOT responsible for:

• Customer-submitted spelling errors
• Incorrect sizing selections
• Color variations due to screen differences

4. Processing & Turnaround Time

Processing times vary depending on the product:

• Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly after purchase
• Custom & Handmade Items: Typically 4–11 business days unless otherwise stated
• Bulk or Event Orders: May require additional time

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

5. Shipping Policy (Physical Products)

• Shipping is handled through third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
• Tracking information will be provided when available
• Worthan Creations is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If an item is returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Digital Product Policy

All digital products are non-refundable due to their instant delivery nature.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

• All sales are final
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued
• If you experience technical issues, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges (Physical Items)

Due to the custom nature of our products:

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design
• Minor color variations due to screen display

We WILL replace items if:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrives damaged or defective

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

8. License & Usage (Digital Files)

When purchasing digital designs or templates, you are granted a:

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license

You MAY:

• Use the design for personal or small business use
• Use designs on physical products you sell

You MAY NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the digital file itself
• Share, gift, or transfer the file to others
• Upload to print-on-demand sites as a digital resale
• Claim the design as your own

Violation of this policy may result in revoked access and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, templates, product mockups, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Worthan Creations.

They are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Purchase does NOT grant ownership rights.

10. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Payhip and its payment processors.

By purchasing, you confirm:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• Your billing information is accurate

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these Terms.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your license to any digital products will be revoked
• Future purchases may be blocked
• Legal action may be pursued if necessary

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue.

12. Limitation of Liability

Worthan Creations shall not be held liable for:

• Business loss or lost profits
• Misuse of products
• Allergic reactions to materials (vinyl, epoxy, etc.)
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Any indirect or consequential damages

All products are used at your own risk.

13. Product Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following proper care instructions for products such as:

• Epoxy tumblers
• Vinyl apparel
• Heat-pressed garments

Improper care may damage the product and is not covered under replacement policy.

14. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.

We only collect necessary information to:

• Process your order
• Deliver your products
• Provide customer support

We do not sell or share your personal information.
