From my early days in the military to my current role as the Founder / Director of Xcelleo, I have had the privilege of utilising my engineering, technology, facilities management, and management background to build solutions that are highly regarded and best serve the stakeholder I work with.

I have a diverse skill set that includes all phases and activities within an assets lifecycle. These skills enable me to effectively oversee capital programs and the maintenance and improvement of assets, ensuring that they are operating at their best and maximising their lifespan.

I attribute my success to more than just my technical expertise, equally important are my leadership skills. I am a leader that coalesces a team at every level. The entire organisation is valued and part of the team.
