All products sold are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, you will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The product is compatible with their software (e.g., AE 25 or newer, if applicable)
  • They understand what they are purchasing before completing the transaction
  • Their system meets all necessary requirements

Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for a refund.

3. Accidental Purchases

Accidental purchases, change of mind, or lack of usage do not qualify for a refund.

4. File Access Issues

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your files, support will be provided to help resolve the issue. However, this does not qualify as a reason for a refund.

5. Unauthorized Distribution

Sharing, reselling, leaking, or redistributing any product files is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in:

  • Permanent bans from future purchases
  • Revocation of access
  • Possible legal action

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from all future purchases. We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and agreement to this policy to payment processors.
