I'm constantly looking for ways to improve our store and make it better for our customers. I'm constantly monitoring the competition, experimenting with new features and services, and looking for ways to make our store more user-friendly. I'm also responsible for creating a cohesive brand identity and making sure that everything ties in well. My job is challenging but rewarding.
