Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from YR Finance Tools™.

Our products are primarily digital products, including Excel templates, financial toolkits, calculators, guides, reports and other downloadable resources. Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, the following Refund & Return Policy applies.

1. Digital Products

All YR Finance Tools™ products are digital products. No physical products will be shipped.

Once payment has been successfully processed, the purchased product may be made available for immediate download or electronic delivery.

2. Returns

Digital products cannot be physically returned.

Accordingly, we do not accept returns of digital products after they have been delivered or downloaded.

3. Refunds

All digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds will not normally be provided because of:

Change of mind after purchase.

Failure to use the product.

Purchasing the wrong product when the product description clearly explained what was included.

Lack of familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other required software.

Incompatibility with a customer's device or software where the required software was disclosed before purchase.

Finding another product that the customer prefers after purchase.

Failure to achieve a particular financial, business or operational result from using the product.

4. Exceptions

YR Finance Tools™ will consider a refund, replacement or other appropriate resolution where:

The purchased file is materially corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.

A significant part of the product described on the sales page was not supplied.

The product received is materially different from the product advertised.

A duplicate purchase was made accidentally and the duplicate product has not been downloaded or accessed.

There is another genuine circumstance that, in our reasonable discretion, warrants a refund.

Where possible, YR Finance Tools™ will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file, corrected version or reasonable technical assistance.

5. Technical Problems

If you experience difficulty downloading, opening or accessing your purchase, please contact YR Finance Tools™ before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine technical problems, including providing a replacement or corrected file where appropriate.

6. Refund Request Period

Refund requests relating to defective, incomplete or materially misrepresented digital products should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after purchase and preferably within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Your request should include:

Your name.

Email address used for the purchase.

Order number or proof of purchase.

Product name.

Description of the problem.

Screenshots or other evidence where relevant.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the capabilities and procedures of the applicable payment provider.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Product Licensing and Intellectual Property

Purchasing a YR Finance Tools™ digital product provides the purchaser with a licence to use the product for the permitted personal or business purposes stated on the product page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasers may not:

Resell the original files.

Share or redistribute the files.

Upload the files to another website or platform.

Claim the templates or materials as their own.

Repackage or reproduce the products for resale.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact YR Finance Tools™ first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

YR Finance Tools™ reserves the right to provide appropriate purchase, delivery and download information to the relevant payment provider where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated.

This does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

10. No Guarantee of Financial Results

YR Finance Tools™ financial templates, calculators, toolkits and guides are designed to assist users with financial administration, reporting, analysis and planning.

They are provided for informational and business-support purposes and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, investment or legal advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

YR Finance Tools™ does not guarantee any particular financial, business or commercial outcome from the use of its products.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable legislation.

Where applicable, refunds and other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
