Transport, rates and estimated shipping time:
- All shipments are made with tracking number through "DIE POST" Swiss Post.
- If the item is marked as "Ready to ship" it will be made to:
Switzerland: Free Die Post / 2-5 working days
Europe: From 5 CHF / 7-10 working days
Rest of the world: From 20 CHF / 12-15 working days

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Return, refund and exchange conditions
For us it is important that the description of each item is clear and detailed, so I recommend you carefully read all the details of your order before making your purchase as unfortunately we do not accept returns for changes of mind.
It does not usually happen, but in case the item received has a defect it is important that you:
- Contact us by email within 3 days after your purchase and thus assess the situation and correct the problem.
- Once the situation has been evaluated, you will have 15 days to return your item, as long as the item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received, we will review it and if it meets the aforementioned conditions, we will contact you to notify you of the approval of your refund, which will be sent immediately by the same payment method that you originally used.
Remember that your bank or credit card company may take a few days to process this refund.
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any return costs or customs duties or taxes in your country.
- We do not accept returns of personalized items or items that have been purchased on sale.
Returned Items
If your item is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete address or because you did not claim it, you will need to pay for shipping to send it back to you.
We are not responsible for lost items so we recommend that you return them through a safe and reliable mail service.

The items and packaging in this store are made in a 100% smoke-free and pet-hair-free workspace.
Processing time can take from 7 to 15 business days (depending on demand, level of difficulty, etc.) and although we will always try to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible, it is also our responsibility that the quality don't get lost along the way, so we will always appreciate your patience.
Due to the configuration of your PC or mobile there may be variations in the colors of the article. (This is not considered a defect, so it is not accepted as a return).
Due to the handmade nature of the articles, you may find small variations in details and sizes that make each piece different and unique.
