Asset TOS

❀ Proper Attribution:

You always have to attribute/credit me if you are selling or posting models with my assets by including a link to my Gumroad or Payhip and Discord (e.g., https://yaoomi.gumroad.com/

https://payhip.com/Yaoomi/

yaoomi).

❀ Usage Restrictions:

You can use assets on completed personal, paid, free, Nitro and public models.

❀ Prohibited Actions:

Sharing or redistributing my assets is strictly prohibited. This also includes leaking, trading and reselling my assets to any individuals, websites, or platforms other than my Gumroad and my Payhip.

Instead, please, share the store or discord server link.

❀ Reselling Components:

Reselling individual parts (meshes, materials, textures, etc.) of the assets is not allowed to individuals, groups, communities, nitro boosting, paid Discord server access, paid gateways.

❀ Ownership Claim:

You are not permitted to claim my assets as your own, even after adding/removing details, or heavily editing it.

❀ Required knowledge:

Basic knowledge of blender/unity is needed when purchasing my products.

❀ Required Information:

You must provide your full Discord username and your VRChat username. Your license is not valid if you provide wrong information.

❀ Non-Compliance Consequences:

Violation of these rules and terms of service may result in a DMCA notice. Failure to comply with the DMCA may lead to further legal actions.

❀ Free in server:

Your license validity is based on your membership on Yaoomi's discord server, unless purchased directly from the store. If you never joined or you left the server, your license is not valid.

❀ Refund Policy:

All sales are final, and digital goods purchased in my store are NOT refundable.

❀ Vtubers:

My assets are meant for use only in VRChat. If you wish to use assets for vtubing, please, contact me on Discord, so we could find the best solution together.

❀ TOS Updates:

Any future changes to the Terms of Service will apply to all current, future, and previous assets.

By purchasing/downloading the assets, you agree to the terms above.

For "Free in server" assets license validity is based on your membership in Yaoomi's Discord Server, unless you purchase it from my store.

If you never joined or you leave the server, your license is not valid, and you don't have a permission to use those assets.
