✔ Public use only if the avatar is NOT cloneable or downloadable

🚫 Not Allowed (Avatars)

🚫 Any form of commercial or monetized use

🚫 VTubing or branding tied to paid services

🚫 Paid events, advertisements, or sponsorships

🚫 Using the avatar as a commission base

🚫 Reselling, redistributing, or sharing files

🚫 Claiming the avatar or design as your own

🧩 ASSETS - COMMERCIAL USE INCLUDED

Assets include a commercial license by default.

✔ Use in personal and commercial VRChat projects

✔ Use in monetized content, streams, and branding

✔ Integration into private or public VRChat avatars

✔ Modification and optimization for your projects

✔ Use in client/commissioned work as part of a finished model

🚫 Not Allowed (Assets)

🚫 Reselling or redistributing assets as standalone files

🚫 Sharing Unity packages, FBX files, or textures

🚫 Including assets in asset packs, bases, or bundles

🚫 Claiming the assets as your own creations

👤 ACCOUNT & LICENSE LIMITATION

✔ One purchase = one VRChat account / one user

🚫 Uploading to multiple accounts (including alts) is not allowed

Licenses are non-transferable.

🚫 GENERAL PROHIBITIONS (ALL PRODUCTS)

🚫 Making content cloneable or downloadable

🚫 Allowing ripping, extraction, or reverse-engineering
