1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all products, digital downloads, and consultancy services offered by Yelena Designs (operated by Yelena Buck). By purchasing or accessing any product or service from Yelena Designs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Yelena Designs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Yelena Designs Payhip store.

2. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to your purchase.

Refunds Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact contact@yelenadesigns.com and I will do my best to resolve it.

Intellectual Property All content within Yelena Designs digital products — including written content, video, templates, and manufacturer lists — is the intellectual property of Yelena Designs. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any content without prior written permission.

Personal Use Only Digital products are licensed for personal business use only. They are not to be shared, resold, or used as the basis for derivative products without express written permission.

3. SUCCESSFUL Manufacturing Kit

Manufacturer List The manufacturer list has been researched and compiled in good faith. Yelena Designs cannot guarantee the performance, quality, reliability, or continued availability of any manufacturer listed. You should always carry out your own due diligence before entering into any agreement or placing orders, confirm current details and minimum order quantities directly with the manufacturer, and take independent advice before signing any manufacturing agreement. Yelena Designs accepts no liability for any outcomes resulting from use of the manufacturer list.

Workshop Content The video workshop is based on professional experience within the lingerie and swimwear industry and is intended as general guidance only. It is a starting point, not a substitute for professional advice.

Done With You Tier Upon purchase, Yelena Designs will be in touch within 2 working days to arrange your 60 minute call. The bespoke manufacturer list will be delivered within 14 days of your call taking place.

4. Consultancy Services

Specific terms for individual consultancy programmes will be provided at the point of purchase.

Scope of Work The scope, deliverables, and timeline for any consultancy engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.

Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked call or session, please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Confidentiality All information shared during consultancy engagements will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Courses and Group Programmes

Full terms for any group programmes or courses will be published here upon launch.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yelena Designs accepts no liability for any loss of profit, revenue, or business arising from use of any product or service, any decisions made based on content, templates, or lists provided, the actions or reliability of any third party including manufacturers, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
