I've been practicing yoga for twenty years and became a Five Elements yoga instructor a few years ago. The Five Elements training allows me to create bespoke programmes for abstract themes and specific concerns. As a watersports, skiing and biking enthusiast, I like to use my yoga to support sportspeople to stay in shape and hit their next goal.
