Roxana Levy is a yoga instructor. Despite practicing yoga for years, she felt that she no longer had from it what she needed. Determined to understand the reason for this, she completed her studies as a yoga instructor and started practicing a fixed yoga routine that she had designed considering the short time she had to train. She realized that her body just needed easy, natural and not exaggerated movements to stay strong and flexible at the same time. Through time, her posture improved and many of the pains in her body began to disappear.
