Roxana Levy is a dentist and yoga instructor. She was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and completed her dentistry studies at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in 1990. Over time she began to experience in her body and mind the gradual discomforts derived from her work in the dental clinic. Despite practicing yoga for years, she felt that she no longer had from it what she needed, after more than twenty-five years of work in her profession. Determined to understand the reason for this, she completed her studies as a yoga instructor at the Wingate Institute of Israel in 2009. Then she started practicing a fixed yoga routine that she had designed considering the short time she had to train. She realized that her body just needed easy, natural and not exaggerated movements to stay strong and flexible at the same time. Through time, her posture improved and many of the pains in her body began to disappear. Roxana simply wants to share everything that will help you improve your quality of life and relieve all your physical discomforts caused by sedentary work or bad posture habits. By following her instructions and practicing the two yoga sessions, you will begin to enjoy a radical change, both in your work and in your personal life.
