Digital Products — No Refund / Store Credit Only
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, I am unable to offer refunds.
However, I understand that issues can arise. If you experience a problem with your purchase — such as a technical issue, a duplicate order, or a product that does not match its description — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to issue store credit equal to the value of your order.
Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase in our store.
