Kristy Speciale is the founder of Your Leadership Evolution. She is in the midst of her Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership (to be completed in 2024) and obtained an MBA in 2016. With experience in various leadership roles, from retail management to a leadership position on a team in the IT industry, education and experience have given her an opportunity to help other leaders work toward development.
