These are my Terms of Use.

Terms of Use are defined as a legally binding agreement between a business (me) and the customer/consumer (you)

Terms of Use are legally binding, and if these terms are violated, legal repercussions will ensue.

These ToU are sectioned off for ease of reading, however, this is solely for ease of reading. All terms apply the same.

Terms are subject to change (people love loopholes)

BASIC TERMS:

-No Price-splitting

-No trading

-No leaking

-No ripping

-Do not ask for any of the things above to occur

-Do not claim my assets as your own

USE OF FREE ASSET(S) ON MODELS:

-Use on For sale models permitted

-Use on Nitro models: ask first, please.

-Use on Public models permitted

-Use on Private models permitted

-Use on free models permitted

USE OF PAID ASSET(S) ON MODELS:

-Use on For sale models permitted

-Use on Nitro models: ask first, please.

-Use on Public models permitted

-Use on Private models permitted

-Use on free models ask first, please.

IN-DEPTH TERMS:

-Redistributing, re-selling, and/or sharing this/these asset(s) is/are PROHIBITED under any circumstances 

• This includes sharing with your close friend, or significant other. (don't do it)
• This includes posting it in ANY discords
• This includes posting it on ANY websites
• However, if you are dead set on sharing this/these asset(s) with someone, they must be trustworthy, and you must contact me on discord for prior consent.
• You may not engage in any potentially ToU violating behaviour without prior consent

-If you have me banned, blacklisted, or blocked, (or vice versa) you are not permitted to buy or obtain (new versions/iterations) of my asset(s), or of new assets.

• Undoing those actions for the sole sake of obtaining the asset(s) will not permit you to obtain/own any part of the asset(s).
• This also applies if you have defamed my character, and still believe in what you said.
• This section is in place in order to protect my work from potential harm. Those that have me banned, blacklisted or blocked (or vice versa) have motive to violate my other Terms.
• Additionally, there should be no reason to buy my assets if you do not support me as a creator, or as a person.

-Do not re-create in part, or in whole the asset(s) or textures of my asset(s)

• You may DM me to see about obtaining consent/permission to do so if you are dead set on it.
• This term applies even if you have not bought, or currently own the asset(s) in question.

-Do not resell (unless on a full, finished model)

-Do not use my assets as a nitro reward for your server

• This falls under redistribution
• This also applies if someone else posts my assets in your nitro section/server; it is your duty to moderate your server.
• The only exceptions are Berryveee#0697 and north#5214. I have allowed them to put my Draco Mask in their nitro as a thank-you. THESE ARE THE ONLY CURRENT EXCEPTIONS.

-If you did not buy/legally obtain the asset(s) (i.e. from legitimate sources like my website), you can't use it/them.

• This includes models that use the asset(s); you must buy the asset(s) before using any part of the asset(s)
• The term mentioned above may ONLY be bypassed with explicit consent from me, and ONLY on a private model
• The only exceptions are when the asset(s) is/are gifted

-When buying the asset(s), you agree to voluntarily give compensation in the form of money

• This will nullify any chargebacks
• No refunds are permitted, as this is a digital item (there are certain nuances that come with digital products)
• Any chargebacks made will be reported, with a copy of this .txt
• Being drunk, high, etc. will not excuse chargebacks or permit a refund. Drink responsibly.
• When buying, you agree that I (the creator) am not liable for any purchases you have made
• If there are problems with the asset(s), CONTACT ME. No refunds are permissible under any circumstances due to it being a digital item.

-The asset(s) is/are not to be used as part of *any* hateful imagery/words/etc.. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hateful textures being put on the asset(s)
• Using the asset(s) as part of a model with hateful imagery on it
• modifying the mesh to include hateful symbols or the like
• Examples of hateful imagery/words/etc. are nazis swastikas or racial slurs

ADDITIONAL INFO

If you are unable to purchase, do not ask for this set in leaking/ripping/gang servers/forums/websites/etc., DM me instead- We can likely work something out.

If you wish to purchase only one part/asset of an asset set, please DM me with a reasonable price offer.

The Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) can and will be applied if the above rules/ToU aren't being followed.
