1. General Usage

By purchasing or downloading any 3D models or assets from Yurriks Creations (yurrik.vr), you agree to comply with these terms of service. These terms apply to all customers and end-users of the assets.

2. Permitted Use

You may use my assets to create personal and/or public avatars, provided proper credit is given where applicable.

You may use my assets on free and/or nitro avatars, so long as credit is given.

You may also use my assets to create commercial/commissioned avatars with a commercial license. (if one doesn't have the option between either or, you may still use it.)

Modification of the assets is allowed for personal, public and/or commercial projects, provided it adheres to these terms.

Redistribution is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Credits must always be given.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files, even if modified, as standalone assets.

Use of the assets in NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or blockchain-related projects is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the assets for unlawful purposes, hate speech, or anything violating VRChat’s community guidelines.

The assets may not be included in asset bundles or any content libraries intended for redistribution.

4. Commercial Use

If the assets are used for commercial purposes (e.g., selling completed avatars or avatar commissions), additional commercial licenses may be required. Refer to the specific asset’s licensing details.

Commercial use does not permit redistribution of the original files, modified or unmodified.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided. Exceptions may be made at Yurriks Creations discretion for technical issues that cannot be resolved.

6. Liability

Yurriks Creations is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from the use of the models and assets, including but not limited to compatibility problems with VRChat or other platforms.

7. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the assets implies acceptance of the updated terms.
