🔴 You may NOT:

☁︎ Price split.

☁︎ Upload as a public avatar.

☁︎ Asset mine (take parts off the avatar).

☁︎ Leaking, trading, ripping, friend uploads, reselling or redistribution.

☁︎ Use my avatars for hateful content.

☁︎ Use this for any other game other than VRChat.

☁︎ Use AI to create content, manipulate or animate using my avatars.

☁︎ Claim as yours. Even if you edited it.

☁︎ Share the content in the package with anyone.

🟠 Required // Notes:

☁︎ You MUST put the correct information in at the checkout.

(If something changes, let me know in a ticket in my server with proof of purchase and email. I'll note it down)

☁︎ GIFTING: If you are gifting to someone, use the gifting function with their email and put their VRChat + Discord.

☁︎ No refunds. This is a digital purchase, not something returnable.

☁︎ MUST credit, check the ✦ Star above!

✦ Make sure to credit me as the creator when applicable! Doesn't need to be every time you draw the character, but at least the first time you draw them, and don't claim them as a design you made.

✦ Once the character is yours, you're free to do almost anything with their design/personality/story/etc. I only ask that you don't make them unrecognizable if changing their design.

Commercial use is ok as long as credit to me for the design.

✦ I'll be working with a 3 strikes system.

- Breaking any terms without a decent reason behind it will result in a strike.

- When 3 strikes are reached, you will be blocked/Blacklisted.

✦ Never use my designs for NFTs or AI. No exceptions.

Doesn’t matter how many strikes you have.

- I will be putting the design back up for sale and you will be put on a no-sell list.

✦ Reselling is only ok if you paid for the adopt with Paypal/DA points/other virtual currency.

You may never resell an adopt of mine for more than what you paid for it.

- Exception is made when there is additional art commissioned.

✦ If you need to resell an adopt due to financial issues for more than what you paid for, or an adopt that was gained through art/trades/etc, you have to let me know first. I am usually ok with it but ONLY if you have asked me first.

✦ You may trade/gift my adopts but make sure that the new owner knows and follows my TOS please.

✦ I'm pretty patient and understanding and am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Most of the rules can be bent if you let me know the situation.

Please contact me if you think you need the rules bent a little, or if you have questions.

✦ If you see someone breaking my T.o.S.

- (for example, not crediting me as the creator for a Design/Base I made),

please let me know!

- Do not remove my watermark/logo.

✦ Payment should be made within 48 hours of claiming,

with the exception of holds and art.

I will only keep holds for 2 weeks at most.

Payments need to be made within 3 weeks.

Do not ghost me about your payment.

If you can't pay, you have to let me know.

I will not be upset if you have to cancel a payment.

I don't do refunds.
