2. Digital Product License and Usage

2.1. License Grant: Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Product(s) for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Product description or a separate written agreement.

2.2. Restrictions: You agree not to:

a. Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, circulate, or otherwise transfer the Product(s) or any portion thereof to any third party.

b. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Product(s).

c. Use the Product(s) for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent.

d. Use the Product(s) in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

2.3. Permitted Use :

You may use the templates/videos for creating your own personal projects only (not for resale of the template/the video contents itself). You may access the videos and watch the videos for your personal learning.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. All Products, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, designs, and any accompanying materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of zzzed_art or its licensors.

3.2. Your purchase of a Product grants you a license to use it as specified in Section 2, but it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

4. Purchase and Payment

4.1. Pricing: All prices for Products are listed in [Your Currency, e.g., USD, AED] and are subject to change without notice.

4.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your credit card information.

4.3. Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes that may apply to your purchase.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

5.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased Product(s) via Email.

5.2. We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end (e.g., slow internet, incompatible software, full storage) that may prevent you from downloading or accessing the Product(s).

6. Refunds and Returns

6.1. Due to the digital nature of our Products, which are instantly accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a Product has been downloaded or accessed.

6.2. Exceptions (if any, be very clear): We may consider a refund in the following circumstances: Accidental duplicate purchase. The Product is proven to be defective or not as described, and we are unable to provide a suitable fix within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hellozzzedart@gmail.com within 24 hourd of purchase, along with a detailed explanation and any supporting evidence. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Warranty: Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zzzed_art regarding our Products and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Products.
