✩ Avatars:

• Anyone buying my NSFW avatars must be the age of 18 and over.
• Anyone can buy my sfw avatars!
• Do not upload any avatars publicly, must be set to private.

• Do not use assets from my model for any personal/commercial use. Please buy the assets from their original shop.
• Modification/heavy edits are allowed! Do not edit the face.
• Do not remove any logos from the avatar.
• Avatar use on social & streaming platforms (X, Bluesky, Twitch, etc..) are allowed. Credit is required.

✩ Assets:

Personal & Commercial use are allowed to use assets on:

• Paid Avatars
• Nitro Avatars
• Public Avatars
• Free Avatars
• Streaming Avatars (applies to Vtubers)
• Commissions (Must both own the same assets)

• Any form of modifying the asset to the point it doesn't look like my asset is not allowed. EXCEPTION: Modifying is allowed, ONLY for the intention of optimizing the assets if needed.

• Texture edits are commercially allowed. If publishing the texture commercially, please credit me as the original asset maker. The 3D model/mesh is not allowed to be resold.
