I wasn’t always the guy who understood training, nutrition or confidence.

I started out like a lot of people — unsure of what I was doing, second-guessing myself, and never really getting the results I wanted.


Over time, I learned something important:

your body doesn’t change from luck — it changes from consistency and a clear plan.


Once I committed to that, everything shifted.

My physique changed, yes… but the biggest difference was how I carried myself.

I went from overthinking everything to actually trusting myself, showing up, and putting in the work.


This blueprint exists because I wanted to take everything I learned — the mistakes, the breakthroughs, the simple routines that finally worked — and turn it into something others can use without needing years of trial and error.
