By purchasing and downloading any 3D model from me (Zgakihiro), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service (“TOS”). Failure to comply may result in revocation of access, blacklisting from future purchases, and reports to relevant platforms including VRChat.
Note: These terms apply to standard purchases only. Commission work may be subject to separate agreements.
1.1.
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the product has been downloaded. By downloading the product, you waive your right to cancel under applicable digital goods regulations.
1.2.
Payment must be completed in full before access to the product is granted.
1.3.
The purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license. Ownership of the model is not transferred.
2.1.
The Buyer may use the model for personal use only.
2.2.
Personal use includes:
Use in private avatars (e.g. VRChat)
Personal renders, images, or videos
Non-commercial content such as social media posts or showcases
2.3.
The following uses are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:
Any commercial use (including commissions, paid content, or monetised projects)
Uploading the model to public avatars, worlds, or shared platforms
Sharing, transferring, or giving access to the files to any third party
3.1.
Personal modifications are permitted for private use only.
3.2.
Modified or edited versions of the model may not be shared, distributed, or resold under any circumstances.
3.3.
Any transfer, shared use, or exception must be explicitly approved in writing by me in advance so ownership and version tracking can be recorded.
3.4.
Unauthorized possession of the model, whether original or modified, may be treated as evidence of redistribution or a breach of these Terms.
4.1.
The Buyer must not upload, distribute, leak, or make the model available in any form, including but not limited to:

Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the model, whether free or paid, is strictly prohibited.
5.1.
Any violation of this TOS may result in:
Immediate revocation of access to all purchased products
Permanent blacklist from future purchases
Reports to relevant platforms (including VRChat) for investigation
5.2.
If the Buyer is found responsible for redistribution, further action may be taken to recover damages where applicable.
6.1.
Payments are accepted via PayPal unless stated otherwise.
6.2.
Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen accounts or false disputes, will result in immediate revocation of access and blacklisting.
6.3.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may be challenged and escalated where necessary.
7.1.
I (Zgakihiro) retain full ownership of all models.
7.2.
I reserve the right to use any models, edits, or commissioned work for:
Portfolio display
Social media
Promotional purposes
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my models, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
