By purchasing, downloading, or using any 3D model from Zgakihiro (“Creator”), you (“Buyer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). Failure to comply may result in access revocation, key invalidation, permanent blacklisting from future purchases, and reports to relevant platforms where appropriate.

These Terms apply to standard purchases unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

1.1. Final Sales

All purchases are generally final once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

1.2. Payment

Payment must be completed in full before access to the purchased product is granted.

1.3. Licence

The purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the product subject to these Terms. Ownership of the model, its copyright, and its intellectual property rights are not transferred to the Buyer.

1.4. Keys and Access Credentials

Licence keys, activation codes, access codes, download links, and any other credentials or methods used to access or activate a product are personal to the original authorised Buyer.

These must not be shared, transferred, sold, gifted, published, or otherwise provided to another person without prior written permission from Zgakihiro.

1.5. Unauthorised Access

Using another person's key, allowing another person to use your key, or obtaining access through a key or credential that has been shared, leaked, or distributed without authorisation constitutes unauthorised access and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

2.1. Personal Use

Purchased models are licensed for personal use only, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

2.2. Public Use

The Buyer is permitted to use authorised avatars in public VRChat instances, including public lobbies.

Permitted personal use includes:

• Wearing the avatar in private or public VRChat instances.
• Creating personal renders, screenshots, and videos.
• Sharing non-commercial content featuring the avatar on social media.
• Using the avatar for other personal, non-commercial purposes that do not breach these Terms.

Public use of an authorised avatar is not, by itself, a violation of this TOS. This permission does not allow other people to obtain, extract, download, or use the model without authorisation.

2.3. Restricted Use

The following activities are prohibited without prior written permission from Zgakihiro:

• Commercial use, including commissions, paid content, or monetised projects.
• Uploading the model in a manner that makes its files or assets available for unauthorised extraction or distribution.
• Sharing or providing model files to third parties.
• Making the model or its assets available for unauthorised downloading, copying, or redistribution.
• Allowing another person to use the model through your licence or access credentials.
• Any use that breaches the other restrictions in this TOS.

3.1. Personal Modifications

The Buyer may modify the model for personal use, provided the modifications do not violate these Terms or applicable law.

3.2. Distribution of Modified Models

Modified, edited, or derivative versions of the model must not be shared, distributed, sold, gifted, or otherwise provided to third parties without prior written permission from Zgakihiro.



3.3. Written Permission

Any exception to these restrictions must be explicitly approved in writing by Zgakihiro before the relevant activity takes place.

3.4. Unauthorised Copies

Possessing, using, or distributing an unauthorised copy of the model, whether original or modified, may result in enforcement action where supported by the circumstances and applicable law.

4.1. Prohibited Distribution

The Buyer must not upload, leak, distribute, or make the model or its files available without authorisation, including through:

• Asset-sharing websites.
• Discord servers or other online communities.
• File-sharing platforms.
• Peer-to-peer services.
• Public or private repositories.
• Unauthorised avatar downloads.
• Any other service or method that enables third parties to obtain the model or its files.

This restriction does not prohibit authorised use of the avatar in public VRChat instances under Section 2.2.

4.2. Reselling and Redistribution

Reselling, sublicensing, gifting, transferring, or redistributing the model or its files, whether free or paid, is prohibited without prior written permission from Zgakihiro.

4.3. Leaked or Unauthorised Copies

The Buyer must not knowingly obtain, request, solicit, distribute, or use leaked, ripped, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised copies of Zgakihiro's models or assets.

The Buyer must not knowingly help another person obtain unauthorised access, including by sharing keys, providing access credentials, directing people to leaked copies, or facilitating the distribution of protected files.

5.1. Prohibited Conduct

The Buyer must not engage in, promote, facilitate, or knowingly participate in conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or relevant platform rules.

5.2. Conduct That May Result in Enforcement

The following conduct may result in access revocation and permanent blacklisting:

• Ripping, copying, extracting, or obtaining models or assets without permission.
• Sharing, leaking, redistributing, or selling models or assets without permission.
• Knowingly obtaining, requesting, distributing, or using leaked or unauthorised copies.
• Sharing or misusing licence keys, access credentials, or download links.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
• Hate speech, hateful conduct, or discrimination.
• Sexual exploitation, grooming, or abuse of minors.
• Creating, possessing, distributing, or facilitating child sexual abuse material.
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activity.
• Deliberately crashing, disrupting, exploiting, or interfering with VRChat, Discord, or other platforms or their users.
• Knowingly infringing another person's intellectual property or legal rights.
• Knowingly assisting, enabling, or facilitating the above activities.

These restrictions apply whether or not the conduct directly involves a purchased model.

5.3. Conduct Outside My Platforms

Conduct occurring outside Zgakihiro's own servers or services may also be considered where credible information connects the Buyer to a relevant violation or risk to the Creator's work.

5.4. Association, Affiliation and Continued Involvement

Access to Zgakihiro's products is a privilege, not a guaranteed right. Zgakihiro reserves the right to revoke access to products, invalidate associated keys, and restrict future purchases where a Buyer's associations, affiliations, or continued involvement with individuals engaged in ripping, leaking, unauthorised redistribution, or other prohibited conduct are considered a risk to the Creator's work or its protection.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining close associations with known rippers, leakers, or individuals involved in unauthorised distribution.
• Knowingly remaining involved with, supporting, defending, or providing opportunities to individuals who engage in these activities.
• Continuing to participate in groups or environments where the Creator's work is being targeted, leaked, redistributed, or misused, where the circumstances indicate a risk to the Creator's products or access systems.
• Knowingly allowing, assisting, or facilitating unauthorised access to the Creator's work.
• Other associations or continued involvement that Zgakihiro reasonably considers incompatible with protecting the Creator's work, products, or access systems.

Revocation may be based on association or continued involvement and does not require proof that the Buyer personally ripped, leaked, or redistributed the model. Zgakihiro reserves the right to consider the available information, circumstances, and perceived risks when making access decisions, subject to applicable law.

5.5. Evidence and Enforcement Decisions

Zgakihiro reserves the right to assess available evidence and determine appropriate action on a case-by-case basis. Relevant considerations may include the Buyer's conduct, associations, affiliations, continued involvement, and the circumstances surrounding suspected violations.

5.6. Applicable Rules

Nothing in these Terms permits conduct that violates applicable law or the rules and policies of relevant platforms.

6.1. Enforcement Actions

A violation of these Terms, or circumstances that Zgakihiro determines present a risk to the Creator's work or its protection under Section 5.4, may result in:

• Immediate revocation of access to purchased products, where permitted.
• Permanent blacklisting from future purchases.
• Cancellation or invalidation of associated licence keys or access credentials.
• Reports to relevant platforms, including VRChat or Discord, where appropriate.
• Further action to protect the Creator's intellectual property and products, subject to applicable law.

6.2. Compromised Keys

Where a licence key or access method has been shared, transferred, leaked, or otherwise compromised, Zgakihiro reserves the right to invalidate or replace the affected key or access method.

A replacement is not guaranteed.

Updating or replacing a key does not restore access to anyone whose licence has been revoked.

6.3. Serious Violations

Where there is evidence of redistribution, unauthorised access, infringement, or other serious violations, Zgakihiro may take further action to protect the Creator's work and pursue available remedies where applicable and lawful.

6.4. Dex Protect Server Membership

Buyers who have purchased Dextro-protected products must join the official Dex Protect server using the invitation provided on the DownloadPage after purchase.

Membership is required to maintain authorised access to the protected product.

Buyers must join the server by 15 October 2026 or join within 7days upon purchase. If a Buyer has not joined by this date, their access will be revoked and associated keys may be updated, replaced, or invalidated as necessary.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to obtain the server invitation from their official DownloadPage and complete this requirement before the deadline.

6.5. No Guarantee of Continued Access

Purchasing a product does not guarantee permanent access to its keys, protection systems, or associated services.

Zgakihiro reserves the right to revoke or restrict access in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

6.6. Licence Termination and Deletion of Model Files

If a Buyer's licence is revoked or terminated in accordance with these Terms, the Buyer must immediately cease all use of the affected model and delete all copies of its files in their possession or control, including:

• Downloaded model files.
• Backups and duplicate copies.
• Modified or edited versions.
• Copies stored on other devices or storage services.
• Any other copies of the affected model or its assets.

This requirement does not apply to copies that Zgakihiro has expressly authorised the Buyer to retain in writing or that the Buyer is legally required to retain.

Revocation of a Dex Protect key does not automatically remove previously downloaded files from the Buyer's system. The Buyer's obligation to cease use and delete retained copies remains in effect following a valid licence termination, regardless of whether the Buyer can still access the model through Dex Protect.

Following licence termination or revocation, the Buyer must not continue using, uploading, sharing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise exploiting the affected model.

The Buyer must not use another person's key, an alternative account, a modified copy, or any other method to bypass the revocation and continue using the model.

These requirements also apply where access is revoked due to key sharing, unauthorised distribution, prohibited conduct, or a breach of the association policy.

Revoking a key does not establish whether local files have been deleted. Where there is evidence of continued unauthorised use, retention in breach of these Terms, or redistribution following revocation, Zgakihiro reserves the right to take further action in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this clause removes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

7.1. Payment Methods

Payments are accepted through the payment methods made available on the official sales page.

7.2. Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen accounts, payment fraud, or knowingly submitting false information, may result in access revocation and blacklisting.

7.3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Zgakihiro reserves the right to respond to payment disputes and chargebacks with relevant transaction records and evidence.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in further action where appropriate and lawful.

Nothing in this section removes any legitimate statutory rights the Buyer may have.

8.1. Ownership

Zgakihiro retains ownership and applicable intellectual property rights in the Creator's original models and associated assets, except where separate written agreements or third-party rights provide otherwise.

8.2. No Transfer of Ownership

Purchasing a model does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to the Buyer.

The Buyer receives only the limited licence described in these Terms.

8.3. Portfolio and Promotional Rights

Zgakihiro reserves the right to display the Creator's own work for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, subject to any separate written agreements and applicable third-party rights.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By purchasing, downloading, or using a model from Zgakihiro, the Buyer confirms that they have had the opportunity to read these Terms and agrees to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.

Zgakihiro reserves the right to update or amend these Terms. Changes affecting existing purchases or licences will be subject to applicable law and any contractual requirements.

Zgakihiro reserves the right to permanently revoke a Buyer's licence and access to any model or associated product where permitted under these Terms and applicable law. Revocation may include invalidating access keys, terminating permission to use the model, and requiring the Buyer to cease use and delete retained copies in accordance with Section 6.6.

These Terms of Service are subject to change.
