Zōē focuses on women's health and performance education built around the biology most programmes ignore.

I created 'The Female Performance Code' after years of tracking my own cycle and realising the variation I felt every month was a natural physiological effect. Everything I create is built on the actual science of how hormones affect training, nutrition, energy, sleep, and fat loss across a 28-day cycle — developed alongside medical input.
