Apostle Verenda K. Cobbs, affectionately known as "Pastor V," is a preacher, resiliency life coach, mentor, author, and global speaker with a profound calling on her life. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she discovered her passion for Christ during her college years at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia. Her spiritual journey was solidified through a transformative encounter during a revival, leading her to be licensed as a minister, ordained as an Elder, and installed as a Pastor.

Verenda holds both a Bachelor's in social work and Master's Degree in clinical social work, equipping her with the expertise to work with individuals, groups, communities, and organizations.

With over 20 years of experience in ministry, social work, and nonprofit leadership, she is a specialist in helping people overcome trauma and build resilience.

Affirmed as an Apostolic Leader called to the 7-mountains of influence, Verenda focuses on Trauma and Resilience, offering leadership that spans multiple sectors. She is the founder of Aarise Kingdom Ministries and Aarise Kingdom Queens Fellowship, where she empowers others to thrive despite adversity and achieve spiritual maturity.

Verenda is a 13-time best-selling author, whose work reflects her deep commitment to faith, resilience, and emotional wellness. She has won numerous awards in ministry, education, and the marketplace, further solidifying her impact across various fields.
