About Me
As a kid, my weight was always a challenge for me. This continued into my teenage years and early 20s, as I struggled with unhealthy eating habits. I've wrestled with weight management for quite a while, so best believe I know the struggles. After years of unhealthy habits, I started exercising and eating better, ultimately losing 40lbs. From then on, I never looked back.
This is what inspired me to become a weight loss specialist personal trainer - to pass on my knowledge and experience to others so they can achieve their weight loss goals.
