By purchasing a skin, theme, or any other codes, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• I reserve the right to use the skins I sell in my portfolio.
• You may not remove, alter, or edit my credit or link to my coding tumblr in the css or html.
• Once I have sold a skin to you, it's yours. You may make any edits that you desire to it, as long as you do not rip or claim any parts of the skin or codes as your own under any circumstance.
• Do not put any element of my skin on an open source directory such as CodePen unless you can have a pro account and can make them private, as they are considered public source on such sites.
• I offer support for the first two weeks after selling the code, for issues with the original base code.
• For commissions, I conduct most of my communication through Discord & will predominantly engage in discussion of payment and requests through it.
• All commissions will require a non-refundable payment to begin work. If partial payment is made, the rest of the cost will be requested once the theme is completed and ready to be handed over.
• The original purchaser of the skin must remain on the staff team.
• Unlimited slot skins may not be re-sold nor re-gifted. The original purchaser of a multi-sale may reuse the skin as often as they desire, but they are not permitted to sell, gift, or otherwise share the skin with other roleplayers.
• Refunds or returns are not offered on pre-made skins.
• All purchase will be made through Payhip or Paypal in USD.
• For pre-made skins, I do not assist with navigating the ACP or teaching basic coding. I assume that you know how to use the system and can set it up according to your preferences. However, I do provide a walkthrough for setting up the skin. With commissions, I can provide some assistance with navigating set-up.

Please note that all skins are coded for Chrome and Chromium browsers, though I do test the skins across most popular browsers (Safari, Firefox, and Edge).
