VRChat Avatar Purchase - Terms of Service

1. Agreement:

By purchasing this VRChat Avatar ("Avatar"), you agree to these terms.

2. Usage Rights:

Personal Use: You may use the Avatar within VRChat for your personal enjoyment.

Modifications: You can modify the Avatar for your own use within VRChat.

Restrictions:Do not resell, redistribute, or share the Avatar (or any modified version).

Commercial use (streaming with subscriptions, merchandise, etc.) is prohibited without a separate commercial license or by speaking and working something out with ABIGATOR as some assets utilized in my avatars have their own TOS I must follow.

3. Payment and Delivery:

Payment is required before delivery.

The Avatar is a digital product; refunds are generally not provided, except for significant defects or delivery issues.

4. Ownership:

The Avatar's creator retains all intellectual property rights. You are granted a license to use the Avatar, not ownership. If any files are released, uploaded publicly or resold a DMCA notice will be filed, and necessary steps will be taken including but not limited to potential legal action.

5. Support and Refunds:

Support is limited to issues directly related to the Avatar's functionality.

Refunds are considered only if:

The Avatar is significantly different from the description.

The Avatar is defective and cannot be fixed.

Delivery fails.

Contact ABIGATOR for support or refund inquiries.

6. Disclaimer:

The Avatar is provided "as is." No warranties are given.

The creator is not responsible for issues arising from your modifications or VRChat updates.

7. Changes to Terms:

These terms may be updated. Changes will be posted HERE and in the DISCORD server
