Hi, I'm Jojo!
I am a Reiki Level 3 practitioner, an English teacher, and a gym instructor. Although these three things may seem completely different, the common role here is that of an inspiring figure. I enjoy my role in life, inspiring and encouraging people to change their lives for the better. Particularly, I thrive when I have genuine connections and interactions with others.
However, I haven't always been like this. For a long time in my life, I experienced anxiety and fear of rejection and disappointment. That's when I came across Reiki and therapy. These experiences guided me towards inner growth.

Reiki helps me tremendously by restoring the flow of energy and removing mental blockages and Therapy sessions help me to gain different perspective of life, giving me more space to move through my emotions.
Along the way, I discovered that positive affirmations are useful when dealing with repetitive negative thinking patterns that cause mental blockages in the first place. Beliefs such as "people are going to hurt me" or "I am not good enough to receive love" or the classic "I am not worthy".

For me, "Affirmation is more than empty positivity; it's a heartfelt declaration that fuels unwavering hope and steadfast faith in a future where things will inevitably improve". It pulls me from focusing on desperation and feeling stuck to desiring a better future. It helps me dare to dream, to dare to just simply live my life.
Listening to affirmations is so easy and convenient. I don't even need a routine to do it, I practice affirmations on my way home, during my commute to work, while exercising, or even when I take a nap. That's it. I don't set a specific time for learning affirmations; I allow them to wash over me, accompany me, and gently release outdated thinking patterns.
Although friends and family can offer great support, there are times when I need to find comfort within myself. Self-love affirmations are a gentle and powerful way to provide that support. They serve as a reminder of my own value and worth, and can help me cultivate a positive and loving relationship with myself. It is truly an amazing self-empowerment tool.

I am grateful for the positive impact of Reiki ,therapy and affirmations have had on my life.
I firmly believe that affirmations are one way to plant the seed of belief in oneself and the possibility that things will eventually get better. I encourage you to try positive affirmations to see how they can help you transform your life.
Remember that you are worthy, good enough, and have the power to achieve anything you set your mind to.
