Our Design Process
#1 Assesment
To start, we overview your brief. We communicate with you to fully understand your design needs.
#2 Sketching
Next, we start on sketching illustration concepts with pencil and paper. We then send you are conecpt sketches for approval.
#3 Creating the Illustration
Once approved, we bring the sketches into the computer, tracing and refining the outline. Then we color the illustration.
#4 Finalizing the Design
We add the illustration to the design. This is the revisions stage where we adjust layouts, fonts, and colors until you are happy.

Once we are all clear on your design needs and desires, we start the sketching phase. This will take 1-3 days.
When you give us the green light on one of the sketches, we will spend up to 7 days designing. Most of the time, it'll be shorter.
Afterwards is the revisions phase. This will take however long it needs to until you are 100% satisfied.

There is no limit on revisions. We will continue making edits until you are 100% satisfied.
If you want edits done after the project is finalized, we will charge you a small, reasonable fee.

We will provide you with a PNG file. This is a universal file type that will be supported everywhere.
Upon request, we can give you an editable SVG file. This file can be used to make edits to the design.

Yes. Once the design is finalized, we will charge a small reasonable fee to make edits.

Once the payment has been processed, you cannot cancel the order. This is due to fees taken from Payhip and Stripe. We try our best to make every customer happy.
