• Before checkout make sure your shipping address is correct. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for shipping.
• Books and merchandise in stock will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Not including weekends and holidays.
• Books that are pre-ordered will be processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
• You will receive and emailed confirmation receipt of your purchase. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an updated email with your package tracking number.

How are my products being shipped?

Missing or Lost orders

If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the mail carrier for more information. Once packages have been turned over to the mail carrier we only have access to the same delivery information that’s provided to you.
