Amy Laurens is an Australian author of mostly fantasy and occasionally science fiction. Her recent works include the Sanctuary trilogy (upper middle grade portal fantasy), the upcoming Kaditeos series (humorous secondary world fantasy), and a whole bunch of non-fiction, mostly for writers (including the popular How To Theme: Understanding and Analysing the Connection Between Theme and Story for Writers And Students).
