Apoorva in Sanskrit means “unique”, “one of a kind”, “never before”.

I am Jaya, the knitwear designer behind Apoorva Designs. Knitting is my creative and constructive energy outlet. Knitting is what gives me the greatest peace and relaxation after all the routine and monotony of daily life. Knitting is also my way of connecting to my deeper, inner self. In many ways, I believe that knitting is my yoga!
