by purchasing, downloading, or using any avatars from ari's bytes, you agree to the following terms:

‣ 18+ only - you must be 18 or older to purchase, download, or use any avatars from ari’s bytes.

‣ the purchased avatar is for personal use only. redistribution, resale, file sharing, or uploading to another user’s account is strictly prohibited. each licence is valid for a single user only - sharing files with friends, partners, or alt accounts is not permitted. 

‣ you may not extract assets from this avatar for reuse, even if you own those assets separately. this includes clothing, body parts, textures, systems, or any form of asset farming, reverse engineering, or repurposing in other projects.

‣ you may edit or customise the avatar; however, modifications must retain the core structure, silhouette, and aesthetic of the original design. headswaps and bodyswaps are not permitted. modifications do not transfer ownership - any edits you make do not grant you additional rights over the original work.

‣ uploading any ari’s bytes avatar as a public avatar (searchable or cloneable) is not permitted under any circumstances.

‣ you must not claim the purchased avatar or any included work as your own creation.

‣ the purchased avatar and its assets may not be used in ai training datasets, nfts, or blockchain-related projects.

‣ streaming & content use: you may use the purchased avatar in non-commercial streams or videos (e.g. twitch, youtube) provided that proper credit is given. commercial sponsorships or monetised use require direct permission.

‣ all purchases are final. refunds and chargebacks are not accepted. ari’s bytes is not liable for purchases made without the cardholder’s consent. any attempt to reverse payment may result in revoked access and a permanent ban from future purchases.

‣ all files are uniquely generated per buyer. if they are leaked or shared, they can be traced back to you. please don’t share files — the responsibility is yours.

‣ breaking these terms may result in revoked access to updates, support, or community spaces and a ban from future purchases.

‣ all third-party assets are properly licensed and credited - you’ll find them in the credits & licenses folder or on the avatar’s store page.

‣ a basic knowledge of unity is required. i do not offer 1-on-1 setup assistance.

‣ ari's bytes avatars may include third-party systems (e.g., wholesome stuff - if ya know, YA KNOW) as part of the finished model setup. these systems are included for convenience, but their usage is optional and at the buyer’s discretion. installation and setup will be pre-configured where applicable, but i do not provide direct support for advanced customisation of third-party systems. please refer to my discord server for credits.

‣ i am not responsible for issues caused by vrchat updates, but i will do my best to provide updates or fixes when possible.
