by purchasing, downloading, or using any products from ari’s bytes, you agree to the following terms:

general

‣ 18+ only - you must be 18 or older to purchase, download, or use any paid products from ari’s bytes.

‣ all purchases are for personal use only. redistribution, resale, file sharing, or uploading to another user’s account is strictly prohibited. each licence is valid for a single user only - sharing with friends, partners, or alt accounts is not permitted.

‣ do not claim any ari’s bytes products (avatars or assets) as your own creation.

‣ products may not be used in AI training datasets, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or similar uses.

‣ all purchases are final. refunds and chargebacks are not accepted. ari’s bytes is not liable for purchases made without the cardholder’s consent. any attempt to reverse payment may result in revoked access and a permanent ban from future purchases.

‣ all files are uniquely generated per buyer. if they are leaked or shared, they can be traced back to you. please do not share files - you are responsible for keeping them secure.

‣ breaking these terms may result in loss of access to updates, support, or future purchases.

‣ any included third-party assets will be properly credited in the product description or in the download’s credits & licences folder.

avatars

‣ you may edit or customise the avatar; however, modifications must retain the core structure, silhouette, and aesthetic of the original design. headswaps and bodyswaps are not permitted. edits do not transfer ownership.

‣ you may not extract assets from the avatar for reuse, even if you own those assets separately. this includes clothing, body parts, textures, systems, or any form of asset farming, reverse-engineering, or repurposing.

‣ uploading any ari’s bytes avatar as a public avatar (searchable or cloneable) is not permitted under any circumstances.

‣ you may use purchased avatars in non-commercial streams or videos (e.g. twitch, youtube) provided that clear credit is given. commercial sponsorships or monetised use require direct permission.

‣ ari’s bytes avatars may include third-party systems (e.g., wholesome toggles) as part of the finished model setup. these are included for convenience; installation is pre-configured where possible, but advanced support is not provided. please refer to the discord server for credits.

‣ a basic knowledge of unity is required. i do not offer one-on-one setup assistance.

‣ i am not responsible for issues caused by vrchat or unity updates, but i will do my best to provide fixes when possible.

assets

‣ you may recolour, resize, or otherwise adjust purchased assets to fit your project. edits do not transfer ownership - the edited asset remains covered by these terms

‣ for head edits, personal use edits are fine. if you wish to include a modified head edit in a product you plan to sell, you must request permission from ari’s bytes first.

‣ if you use an asset in a public or commercial project (e.g. selling an avatar that includes it), you must give clear credit to ari’s bytes (e.g. in your product page, credits folder, or avatar description).

‣ you may not extract ari’s bytes assets from other products for reuse, even if you own them separately. do not repurpose them as freebies, kits, or resell them as stand-alone products.

‣ you may showcase avatars/projects that use my assets in streams or videos (e.g. twitch, youtube) without special permission. please include visible or linked credit to ari’s bytes where possible.

support & access

‣ if incorrect or incomplete information is submitted during purchase (e.g. discord tag), your access may be revoked and your email banned.

you will receive an email notification if this occurs.

to regain access, please open a ticket in my discord server with valid proof of purchase.
