DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by Arte en Hilos are digital machine embroidery files. No physical product will be shipped. You are responsible for having the appropriate embroidery machine, software, equipment, and knowledge required to use these files.

FILE FORMATS

Each product listing specifies the embroidery file formats included with the purchase. Please verify that your machine supports at least one of the included formats before purchasing.

LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the embroidery files for personal use and to create physical embroidered items.

You may also sell physical items that you personally create using our embroidery designs, including embroidered garments, hats, patches, accessories, and other finished physical products.

DIGITAL FILE RESTRICTIONS

The embroidery files themselves remain the intellectual property of Arte en Hilos.

You may not sell, share, copy, redistribute, sublicense, trade, give away, upload, or otherwise provide the original or modified digital embroidery files to another person or business.

You may not include our digital files in design bundles, digital collections, memberships, file-sharing groups, or other digital products, whether free or paid.

Modifying, resizing, converting, editing, or combining a file with another design does not transfer ownership of the original design and does not give permission to resell or redistribute the resulting digital file.

DOWNLOADS

Digital products are made available electronically after purchase. Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased files.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Because our products are digital downloads, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem with a purchased file, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist you whenever reasonably possible.

EMBROIDERY RESULTS

Embroidery results may vary depending on the embroidery machine, fabric, thread, stabilizer, hooping, tension, needle, resizing, and other production settings.

We strongly recommend performing a test stitch before embroidering the design on a final garment or valuable item.

Arte en Hilos is not responsible for damage to garments, materials, machines, or other property resulting from improper use of the files, incorrect machine settings, resizing, editing, conversion, or failure to perform an appropriate test stitch.

PRODUCT IMAGES

Product images, mockups, and previews are provided to demonstrate the design and its intended appearance. Colors and final embroidery results may vary depending on materials, equipment, and display settings.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Arte en Hilos may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The version published on this website will be the current version.
