Welcome to Artnify LTD. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our digital products and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Artnify LTD

Artnify LTD provides custom digital t-shirt designs delivered electronically in EPS file format.

All products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You have permission from a legal guardian
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in [Insert Currency].
• Payment must be completed before delivery.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Digital Delivery

• All designs are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.
• Orders are considered fulfilled once the EPS file has been sent.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct.
• If you do not receive your file, you must contact us within 48 hours at billing@artnify.com with your order number and email used for purchase.

5. No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the file has been delivered.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased design.

You may:

• Use the design for personal or commercial t-shirt printing.
• Modify the design for your own projects.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital EPS file.
• Claim the original design as your own.
• Transfer the license to another party.

Artnify LTD retains full intellectual property rights to all designs.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content provided by Artnify LTD remain our property unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our digital files is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artnify LTD is not liable for:

• Incorrect email addresses provided by customers
• Issues caused by third-party printing services
• Loss of data due to customer device failure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products at any time
• Update prices without prior notice
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
