One thing I've been thinking about a lot lately: Life doesn't always have to be this hard.
We've been taught to associate struggle with progress.
If you're exhausted, you're working hard enough.
If it's difficult, it must be worth it.
If you want something, you have to chase it.
And sometimes... we make things complicated simply because we've been conditioned to believe they have to be.
This is part of why I created the Easy Life concept. Not because I think life will never have challenges.
But because I believe there is a different way of moving through life, one where you understand yourself, recognize patterns, work with your mind instead of constantly fighting it & stop creating unnecessary resistance.
The goal isn't to escape life. The goal is to learn how to live it differently. And that's exactly the kind of stuff we're going to be exploring here. 🤍
