Kris-Shae is a lover of life and leadership who enjoys serving the community. She is a speaker, coach, certified Maxwell Leadership trainer, business owner, and mentor on a mission to help women lead and live their best life unapologetically with authenticity.

For decades she’s been a sought-after strategy and solution architect. Kris-Shae aspires to create a generation of equipped, confident leaders because she knows the struggle of what it’s like not to have a mentor and coach there to support you as you create and implement leadership strategies. In 2019 she began the process of mentorship and training with Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, which seeded the creation of Without Walls Professional Development, LLC. Her approach is to partner with clients promoting discovery in the power of using their strengths to lead in such a way that will positively impact, inspire, and influence those they lead for years to come.

In 2020 Kris-Shae successfully completed a long-term goal and became a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. This has provided an opportunity for her to serve the community in an exciting and different capacity. Kris-Shae states “Being trusted to walk along side of someone each step of the way as they make life changing decisions is such an honor. Building a network of trusted colleagues to provide support and simplify real estate transactions for others is an amazing experience.”
