Avni Digital Store sells digital downloads. No physical products are shipped or returned.

Please check the product description, file format and editing requirements before purchasing. We do not normally offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds once the digital files have been supplied, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact us if you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, cannot access your purchase, encounter a significant difference from the product description, or are charged twice for the same order. We will investigate and provide a corrected file, restore access or issue an appropriate refund.

Contact us through our store’s Contact page with your order reference, purchase email address and a description of the problem.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 business days of approval, through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
