A great all-rounder that you'll reach for time and again on a cold, frosty morning. This beautiful hat is a classic, with subtle stitch patterning that looks complex, yet is easy to execute. The hat works well as either a beanie fit or a slouchy fit, and has an optional bobble or cute loop. Ideal for beginners, it's also a quick, satisfying project for more experienced crocheters.

Although this pattern was written for Whitfell DK, it would be just as good in Milburn DK and many other of our DK yarns. Striped sample uses Milburn DK and Titus DK.
