Note: Make the envelope folds with the lines on the inside when attached.
I include a pattern for one of these "end-of-book pocket envelopes" in each of my Luthier Notes/plans series. These are for storing plans, cut out of the book and folded up to keep them stored)

I completed the video quickly; you can use thicker or fancier paper, add several glued layers for strength if desired; I prefer taping and gluing mine and reinforcing the open edge of the pocket by folding, gluing, and taping.
These fit length or width on my hardback version of the books, but better as shown on the paperback edition.
