HOW TO EDIT

• A .docx document with no macros. Tested in LibreOffice Writer; not yet opened in Word or Google Docs.
• Open the .docx in your document app and type over each [teal placeholder].
• Photos: click inside a photo box, delete the placeholder text, then insert your own picture.
• Delete any pages you do not need, or copy a page to add more.
• When finished, print it or save it as a PDF to send to guests before they arrive.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Digital download, nothing is posted. No physical item will be shipped.
• No photos are included. The template has photo boxes for your own pictures.
• Emergency numbers are left blank on purpose. Enter the official emergency number for your country.
• Fonts set in the files are Cambria and Calibri. Where these are not installed, a similar font is used and the layout may shift slightly (in the LibreOffice Writer test they were replaced by Caladea and Carlito, with all 19 pages intact).
• Not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any rental or booking platform.
• For personal use by you as a host. Please do not resell or share the template files.
