I've lived with chronic fatigue, chronic insomnia and chronic pain for a very long time and I KNOW what it is to be bone tired and still be unable to rest.
Now I've managed to build a toolkit of several tools that I KNOW will give me true and profound rest.
I am sharing my best tools here with you.
I'm Melissa, a mama of four small children, with a blog, a part-time job, a husband, home - all the things - and I've managed to bring my symptom levels from moderate to mild (on average, we all have bad days).
And its my mission to share anything I've learnt that's helped me - with you. So join us for everything I would teach you if I could have you over for a cuppa in my lounge (with the Tui singing in the front yard).

What is my investment and what do I get?
This course will share the most restful tools yoga has to offer. You will:
- Breathe well (and learn why it's super helpful for pain and fatigue)
- Master the special meditation and relaxation that you can use anytime you need: to rest during the day, wind down to sleep, in the middle of the night etc.
- Start to balance your central nervous system with a specially designed style of yoga (restorative yoga was created for those who were unwell or injured)
- Know how and why these tools help so that you can continually draw on them whenever you need them
- Feel calmer, confident of your ability to help yourself fast and supported - you won't be alone friend
- Add these tools to your symptom management toolkits! Pain management plans, flare plans, sleep plans and pacing plans.
In this program you will gain tools that you can practice anywhere, anytime, forever. Stream them from your phone, tablet or computer.
The value is more than $100!
You get this for just $49!
Consider for a moment...
How much have you spent previously on one-off classes, massages, or other physical appointments, that, while nice, the benefits ultimately wear off? You have to wait to see someone else to do something for you.
How much have you spent this year alone on treatments that might help?
How much time and life have you wasted with side effects from treatments that don't work?
What would it be worth to you if you could sleep even a little better?
If you could enjoy your movement?
To experience true relaxation?
To feel even a little less pain?
Priceless? Me too!

Yes! It is a good idea to run the idea of doing yoga by your medical professional. This course is not exercise so much as tools for rest.
-
Anyone who could benefit from more tools in their chronic illness toolkit. It is a gentle introduction to the tools of yoga that is specifically aimed at helping you in your journey. We look at breathing, meditation so you can rest and relax and restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is a type of yoga that was created for people who were unwell or injured, and I have further adapted it for us.

It's up to you! I highly recommend with setting a small, daily goal. These tools are tools for rest - so while you're doing your course work you are resting! If I could make my best recommendation it would be any amount of time you can spare on Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
-
Yes! This programme is for rest and relaxation. Much of it can be done on our beds or in a comfortable chair.
In my journey with chronic fatigue syndrome, the thing that changed everything and improved my pacing plans was finally learning how to rest properly.

If you still have access to The Foundations of Yoga programme, then NO. You don't need this. Much of the content is the same (minus the stretch yoga parts). There are, however, additions to this programme that aren't in Foundations.
What people are saying
"I love yoga with Melissa Reynolds it has helped me feel more relaxed, less cramping, less pain."
- Danny from Health-Hats.com
"For the first time I'm in a yoga class that I feel like I'm actually going to get it...I really can do this and I love how it feels."
- Maysha
“I used the chair yoga on a day where my pain was extremely high. I had already decided that my day was canceled. Going out was not gonna be possible but I did the series and about 10 mins after I noticed I felt more alert and less pain . Before I knew it I was dressed in the car and driving to my sister’s house. I ended up spending the evening there and then going to the grocery store after that. I would have never imagined being able to do a program and have such immediate results.”
